Todd specializes in structural engineering and has over 30 years of structural design, construction, and related engineering experience.
Todd joined Criterium-Lalancette & Dudka Engineers in 2019 as a Building Inspection Engineer. Criterium-Lalancette & Dudka Engineers is the Vermont and New Hampshire office of Criterium Engineers, the largest engineering group in the nation specializing in pre-purchase home and building inspections, having inspected more than 750,000 structures.
In addition to his employment with Criterium-Lalancette & Dudka Engineers, Todd is the Engineering Department Manager, Senior Engineer and Project Manager at Structures Unlimited, Inc. He specializes in aluminum design, generation of structural calculations for aluminum skylights, canopies, and enclosures.
Before joining Criterium-Lalancette & Dudka Engineers, Todd has been employed in positions ranging from Project Engineer, Engineering Technician for the State of New Hampshire Department of Transportation Bureau of Engineering Audit, and Carpenter / Framer. He has extensive knowledge and understanding of IBC and ASCE codes, engineering and design, STAAD Pro structural analysis software, and AutoCad software.

Todd is a licensed, Professional Engineer in Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Louisiana. He is also a licensed State of Vermont Property Inspector and a licensed State of New Hampshire Home Inspector. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire. Additionally, he took supplemental concrete and steel courses in preparation for the Structural P.E. exam. Todd is also OSHA Certified and Aerial and Platform Lift Certified.
